Cancellations & Refunds

If you request cancellation before production starts, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel and refund the order where applicable. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Plates are generally made to your requested registration, design, wording and specifications. Personalised or made-to-order goods may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

If your plate arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly manufactured or different from your order, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.

If the plate matches the information you supplied but your registration, wording, slogan or other personalised detail was incorrect, a refund or replacement may not be available. Check your order carefully before confirming it.

Where a refund is agreed or legally required, it will normally go back to the original payment method. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
