Please check your registration, slogan, logo or artwork, font, plate type and delivery details before submitting your order. Our plates are made to order and changes may not be possible after production starts.

Road-legal plates are made for public-road use according to applicable UK number-plate requirements. Registration verification is required before fulfilment. You may provide a clear V5C document during checkout, or our team may contact you for the documentation needed to complete verification. Verification may delay or prevent dispatch if the information is unavailable or does not match the registration ordered.

You are responsible for ensuring the registration belongs to your vehicle and that the plate is correctly fitted and displayed.

Show plates are intended for display, events, private land and other permitted uses. They should not be used on public roads where they do not meet legal requirements. Select the plate type suited to your intended use.

We manufacture to the details you provide. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect registration details, wording, slogans, logos, artwork or design choices supplied by the customer. If we make a manufacturing error, contact us so we can investigate and put it right where appropriate.

Orders are sent using the delivery service stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. See our Delivery Information page for the current estimate.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Finished colours and appearance may vary slightly with screen settings, lighting, photography and production.

You are responsible for obtaining permission to use any logo, artwork, image or other material you supply. By submitting it, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce it for your order.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights. Rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise unlawful remain unaffected.
