Depending on your order or contact with us, this may include your name, billing and delivery addresses, email, telephone number, vehicle registration, V5C or other verification documents, order details, payment processing information, and information you send when contacting us. Card details are entered with our payment provider.

We use information to process and manufacture orders, verify registration details where required, arrange delivery, process payments and refunds, provide support, manage warranty claims, maintain required business and plate-supplier records, meet legal obligations, and improve our website and services.

When a V5C is supplied for a road-legal order, we use it for registration verification, order processing, record keeping and compliance. We do not use V5C information for unrelated marketing.

We may share relevant information with payment providers, delivery companies, website and IT providers, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, including legal, accounting, regulatory and customer-service requirements. Some number-plate supplier records may need to be retained for a specific period under applicable regulations.
